Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 June 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Zorava, a wedding photo sharing platform operated by Zorava (sole trader), registered in England and Wales. By creating an event or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
For any questions or concerns, please contact us at hello@zorava.co.uk.
2. The service
Zorava provides a wedding photo sharing platform that allows event hosts and their guests to upload and view photos via a private event link or code.
3. Accounts and events
When you create an event, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your event link or code and for how it is shared with guests.
4. Payments and pricing
Zorava operates on a one-time payment per event. Payment is required to access paid features of the service.
5. Refunds and cancellations
We aim to be fair and transparent with refunds:
- Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event date
- Refunds may also be granted if no photos have been uploaded to the event
- Refunds will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe transaction fees)
- Event dates may be changed subject to availability and reasonable use
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the service has been used substantially or where abuse is suspected.
6. User content and intellectual property
Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, including photos, text, or comments. You must ensure that you have the right to share any content uploaded to the platform.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Zorava. By uploading content, you grant Zorava a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the service, including sharing within your event and creating backups for data protection purposes.
Zorava does not actively monitor all uploaded content but reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
8. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Zorava is provided on an "as is" basis.
9. Gallery retention and storage
Event galleries and uploaded content are retained for the storage period included within the customer's selected package. Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their content before the retention period expires.
Following expiry of the applicable retention period, content may be permanently deleted from our systems.
Certain account, payment and business records may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting or regulatory purposes.
10. Account suspension and termination
Zorava reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in unlawful activity, or misuse the platform.
In the event of account termination for breach, you may request a copy of your content within 30 days of termination. After this period, we reserve the right to delete all associated data.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@zorava.co.uk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorava shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant event in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under English law.
12. Force majeure
Zorava shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or significant failure of internet services or cyber attacks.
In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service and will notify users of any extended outages.
13. Data and privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
